2005 | Where it all began
CTA DMC Events Designer was founded in Cancún with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of corporate events in Mexico.
From the very beginning, our vision was simple but ambitious — to offer global clients more than traditional event planning. With a small, hands-on team, we focused on creating highly personalized experiences, designed with care, precision, and a deep understanding of what clients truly need when organizing events away from home: confidence and control.
Those early years shaped our DNA — attention to detail, close client relationships, and full ownership of every event.
2010–2015 | Growth with intention
As demand grew, so did our responsibility.
We expanded our operations into the Riviera Maya and began working more closely with international markets across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. During this period, we built strong, long-term relationships with top local suppliers, ensuring consistency, quality, and reliability across every program.
CTA became a trusted reference for high-level corporate events in Mexico — not because of scale, but because of execution, transparency, and results.
2016–2020 | Expanding expertise, not complexity
As the market evolved, we expanded thoughtfully.
We launched operations in Los Cabos, Mexico City, and Mérida (Yucatán), strengthening our presence in key destinations while maintaining the same hands-on approach. At the same time, we introduced CTA Leisure Travel, a division dedicated to luxury leisure experiences.
This evolution allowed us to support a wider range of clients and programs, without losing what defines us: customization, local expertise, and total control over every detail.
2021–Present | Experience, evolution, and certainty
Today, CTA continues to evolve with the industry — without losing sight of what matters most.
Having celebrated our 20th anniversary, we move forward with the confidence that comes from two decades of hands-on experience delivering corporate events in Mexico. This milestone reflects not only longevity, but deep local expertise, trusted relationships, and a proven ability to adapt.
We integrate technology, optimize logistics, and continuously refine our processes to provide greater efficiency, transparency, and clarity for our clients. Our senior local teams bring experience, agility, and proactive problem-solving to every project, allowing us to anticipate challenges and maintain full control at every stage.

From my role as Operations Coordinator at CTA Event Designer DMC, my main focus is to create experiences that are lived with ease, confidence, and enjoyment. Behind every event there are people, expectations, and emotions, and my work is about caring for every detail so our clients and their groups feel supported, safe, and fully present in each moment.
From planning through on-site execution, I coordinate every stage with sensitivity and attention, ensuring that our service not only meets the highest quality standards, but also creates trust, well-being, and a genuine sense of care. My goal is for each group to take away not just a successful event, but an experience they remember for how it made them feel.
